June 3, 200818 yr Is this storm heading to the southern part of the state as in the Lake Cumberland area? It looks like its moving west to east...maybe a slight SE movement.

She said she saw what she thought was a funnel cloud and ran to the basement. She said she heard something that she's never heard before while down there. Their house sits on top of a ridge, so it's typically very windy. So, my dad has a couple hundred pounds sitting on the hot tub cover so it won't blow off. Well, thats now down in the valley, and the patio furniture is damaged. She talked to my dad and told him to stay at work a little while longer.
