April 24, 200818 yr If they screw up once...throw them to the dogs, you wouldnt make a very good teacher! By the way Mackey's mother works in the school system. Im going to have to agree with you on this one. I dont think with this kids up bringing that he ever had a chance. I firmly believe that if you take him out of the enviroment he is raised in that he would have had a better chance of making it. He wasn't raised in Victoria Estates, and I am sure he was not instilled with good morals and values because of his environment, he may have ruined his own life, but do you think he ever had a chance? Why is mom an employee of the school system if she provided such a bad environment for this young man??? Maybe it isn't Toyota everyone should be talking about...

If you know any other interested applicants we also have some other special education aide positions open right now as well, could probably make more at McD's!

Does not matter what position she holds in the school system. If she provided that horrible of an environment at home; she shouldn't have a job at SC. Stop making excuses for Mackey. There are plenty of kids that come from bad environments that would jump at the chance at a full ride to college. What about the coaches? I'm sure they were excellent role models. He had drugs at school for pete's sake and has not learned anything from this experience. You want to give him a slap on the wrist?

How do you know his mother is his guardian and primary caretaker (she's not)? He's a first time offender and is going to see jail time, how do you see this as a slap on the wrist?
