December 18, 201411 yr I eat 'out' for lunch basically every day & probably eat dinner out 2-3 times per week, unfortunately. Not good for my diet, or my pocketbook, but it sure is fun!

December 18, 201411 yr Fast food' date=' or just eating out?[/quote'] If you define fast food as a restaurant with a drive through, I probably only eat it once or twice a week.
December 18, 201411 yr Chipotle every Friday. Bowl, double steak, 1/2 scoop black beans and brown rice, Pico de gallo, corn and lettuce
December 18, 201411 yr Rarely ever, maybe a few times a year, usually when travelling. My wife was a sous chef at Morton's in Cinci, I am blessed with excellent home cooked meals.

December 20, 201411 yr I would weigh 500 lbs in your situation. To be honest I'm surprised I don't weigh more than I do, but I'm pretty active. I will say that I love having the home cooked meals though. I am a better cook with meat than she is, but don't ever let her hear that lol. Christmas dinner will be smoked Prime Rib and whatever sides she chooses, the only reason she wants me to handle the prime rib is its cold outside and I told her I wanna smoke it lol.
December 20, 201411 yr Almost daily, at least every other day if you average it on my past weeks over the past year or two. Don't love it, but there's not really a reasonable alternative I see either. There's only so many HEB small sushi trays and orange plates I can eat on my budget right now, and those are sometimes luxuries. Harsh reality.
