May 5, 200818 yr statman.....I was shopping a Kohl's yesterday and found a black t shirt with cubes all over it for sale, I laughed out loud because I was thinking.....I know someone who would like this! If I'd known your size I'd of got it for you!
May 5, 200818 yr I saw something on 60 minutes quite a few months ago about how to solve a cube and I went online to look at the steps they posted. All in all after I learned the steps my fastest time was around 1:45. Haven't touched a cube since then though.
May 5, 200818 yr I use neither. I use lube. Yup...that is right....lube. Well it is actually called Cube Lube....LOL. I bought the stuff anf my DIY Cube from a guy out in Hawaii. He's a really quick shipper. The Cube Lube comes in a syringe and is a silicone-based lube. I made the mistake of thinking it was a thick substance when it is actually a pretty thin one so a little goes a LONG way. One syringe would last about 10-12 uses if I hadn't squirted out too much and made it run out all the openings of my cube but it was pretty easy to clean up. For those of you that have a dirty mind....stop laughing....LOL. God dude. Get control of yourself. Only a couple of months ago you bought your first cube and now you are taking your cube apart , idolizing Jessica Fridrich, and lubing your cube daily. I think you may need to seek some help for cube-a-holics. I wish you the best.

As far as idolizing Jessica Fridrich, the only reason why I am trying to learn all the algorithms in her method is because there are only about 50-75 for me to remember compared to other methods where you have to learn well into the triple digits. Oh and I don't lube my cube daily, I've only done that once.....which reminds me, I need to do i again....my cube is getting too tight. LOL.

May 6, 200818 yr Back in the day(25 years ago or so), I could consistently solve the cube in well under a minute. But that was then...
