Mason County vs. Harrison County Predictions (10th Region Semi-Finals)

Featured Replies

Friday night at 6:30. What are the thoughts and predictions for this game? Both teams with convincing wins over their first-round opponents. I think it will be a pretty good game. Mason will win by 10-15 points, though.

I predict a Mason/Montgomery final yet again.

Mason will have to get more players involved on the offensive end. In tonight's win against Bishop Brossart, Cline and Chambers combined for 40 of the 55 points. Teams will be trying to key on them down the stretch, so in order to win, Litzinger and the rest of the team need to step it up on the offensive end, which they are capable of doing.

You very easily could see some sort of junk defense where Mason is guarding only 3 players.

On Billy G's coaches show tonight, he pointed out that in the UT game on Sunday, there were times that UK had to only guard 3 UT players and that made their defensive job alot easier.

Harrison Co. has more diverse scoring than just three players, don't you think? Did you mistate this?

I could see Harrison Co. guarding only three Mason Co. players, but not vice versa.

I think that's what lbbc meant, that Harrison would only have to key on 3 Mason County players.

Lets not forget the first meeting between the 2 things haven't changed that much just a different date.

And more motivation to win, don't forget that. It's March, and tournament time, and both teams will bring everything they have and lay it all out on the floor. Games in the regular season don't matter.

If Harrison plays the way it sounded like they played tonight (had to listen on radio) they may have a shot.... but Mason probably has a little too much offensive fire power....

Wouldn't rule out Mac's team though...

Mason 56

Harrison 45

Once again lets not forget the outcome of the first game at Harrison Co. Yes your correct its tournment time but the girls havent changed. Same talent and same teams.:dancingpa
