Draw is at 2:30 on Sunday.

 

First round games Wed. & Thurs. @ 5:00 & 8:30

Semis Sat. @ noon & 3:30

Finals Sun. @ 3:00

 

Let's discuss some potential matchups....and please, let's not turn this into another debate over where the tournament is being played.

After Montgomery lost to GRC, it could come a lot earlier than most people thought.

Of course I would love to see Mason and Montgomery in the same bracket. If this happens, we could see the Cards in the final again this year. If Mason and GRC are in the same bracket then we could see Montgomery in the finals. Don't count out Campbell Co, they also could make some noise in this years tourney. The one team I do not want to draw( if they lose their district) is Scott. It would be the 3 year in a row we would have to play them and they have come close to beating of each time....they scare me when we play them.

 

Should be a great tourney this year....looking forward to see the draw Sunday.

I would not want to draw Pendleton in the first round.

They are on :fire: and playing very well together. They beat a very nice Newport team in their last regular season game and 2-0 so far in the post season.

Another bit of information. During the regular season play:

Last year Mason beat GRC by 8...GRC won the region. Year before GRC beat Mason 16, and they lost to Pendleton by 1. They beat Pendleton, then lost to Mason by 3 in the region. My point is for the last 3 years, the team that won the regular season game.....lost to that same team in the region. Will history repeat itself?
