February 28, 200818 yr That reminds me. There is a tax deduction that came into effect in the past couple of years. Its Code Section 199 the Domestic Production Activity Deduction. It's a deduction available to all businesses for production IN the United States. If thats the kind of corporate welfare everyone is talking about then I'm really confused. This deduction encourages companies to produce here instead of outside the U.S.
February 28, 200818 yr I love this one. Never mind that Barack Hussein Obama abused drugs including cocaine. After all Superfan, you know what many people may say, "once a drug abuser, always one" Oh! You said the H word.
February 28, 200818 yr It's completely different. Democrats have affairs because they only think about themselves. Republicans have affairs because they married a Democrat. Is that what it is? I would almost bet that almost everyone in the senate has had an affair at one time or another. I would be shocked if it is not at least 80%. And at least 80% of the governors. and so on down the line. But I agree that most stuff is fair game. But families are not.

Gary Hart in 1984. Nowadays, its no big deal.

February 28, 200818 yr Yeah he did get creamed. He might have got the nomination but would have never been president. IMO. Reagan was too strong. Hart ran for the nomination and lost to Mondale in '84. He was the front runner for the '88 nomination when the sex scandal broke in '87 or early '88. So Gary Hart would have run against George Bush. That would have been a much better election race than with Dukakis.
