I have a request that would not only help me out, but I would think help most of the baseball fans throughout the Commonwealth. What I would like (at least in the Ninth Region) is to post your rosters for your team when they become available. Not many teams have the players names on the backs of their uniforms and it's nice to know who the kids are who are impressing you, by there name just not there number. So I am asking that those baseball fans of the different high schools post there rosters on this thread. If you could please post by number

I hope you get the idea. It's hard to go to a game and not know who the other players are, and no single newspaper, or for that matter HS that I have ran across gives out this information at it's games even at a price!

Great idea! I have been to many games and have to wait on the coach to get the other teams roster in order to fill out my score sheet.

I will see what I can do for Rockcastle County's roster. I love the fact that almost all high school uniforms DON'T have the names on the back because it's not that name they're playing for....it's the one on the front of the jersey. I wish more pro teams would do this as well.

Well with all the young talent I keep hearing about in the Camel program there are an awful lot of seniors on that roster. It seems like the Camels always have a lot of talent on the Freshmen and JV levels but that talent never seems to see any playing time on the Varsity level. Is that beacuse of the amount of seniors that are always on the team year in and year out? This might belong on the forum about the "Rumblings and Grumblings for Campbell County" :lol:
