Senior night in Owen County! They send them out in style, although it wasn't with a win tonight. Owen came out fast & pressured Grant County in the first & looked like they were going to win in a blow out. Grant County settled down & came back in the 2nd & took a 2pt lead into the half. Grant took a 10pt lead in the 3rd that Owen erased & then kept it close the rest of the way.

 

Grant gains a win over a good Owen team & comes into district play gaining confidence. Should make things interesting next week!

Nice for Grant to have the "comeback" on the other foot (compared to earlier in the week vs. N. Oldham). Sets up a great matchup in the district. Might be the best of all four first-round games (boys or girls!)
