I personally thought the foul called on DJ wilson that fouled him out was a horrible call, it should have been a charge.

The Tigers do not get the home cooking that they use to recieve years ago.

I understand totally. Great game. Best I had seen Clay play this season. Those kids have a lot of heart. Josh Crawford showed some signs of life tonight and made a big impact which should greatly help the Hounds as the post season approaches.

Clay seemed to be handsy around the rim. Many times Crawford went up to the rim with Tigers hangin on his arms, shoulders etc....so I suppose he got a break on that one move to equal things out.

Actually Ive probally saw all the Top players in the region, but let me restate what I said. Hobbs tonight played like he is the best player in the region.

My all region team

PG- Strange

SG- Hobbs

SF- Miller

PF- Johnson

C- Brumback. I also think Hobbs is one of the best players in the region. If I started a team in the 13th, I would take him as my SG any day.:thumb:

Bubba I felt like Crawford got away with a lot of walks tonight, did you see that? or was my Tiger eyes lying to me.

I think you are probably right. I think Keith totally had officials intimidated, especially in Manchester. Clay just doesn't have the same mystique since Keith retired. Whether you loved or hated him, Keith was a great coach and a real character.

Josh is still working on his conditioning and may have some awkard movements in the paint. Maybe these two teams will get a rematch in the 13th regional. Knox Central vs South Laurel and Clay vs Corbin would be two great semi-final games to behold....that is my crystal ball prediction.

Yeah I think Crawford is still improving everyday, but still isnt back to normal. Every game in this tournment should be great, it will be well worth the price of admission.

Clay really made some hard shots tonight. I felt like Corbin missed several easy shots with Crawford, Johnson and Smith coming up empty on a few that should have been made. One thing about it, tradition never graduates and Clay certainly has that on their side.

I still look for Corbin or Knox Central to head to Rupp arena but Cumberland, Pineville,Clay, South, or Jackson County could end up at Rupp also.

Great game to watch tonight. Gotta love a good ol fashion rough, tough, physical 13th region game. Tonight looked like the 13th region of old. I was also glad to see Crawford playing close to his old ways. If he keeps improving at this rate, by tournament time, he'll once again be unstoppable. Loved his toughness tonight and no backing down mindset.

Hobbs is a fine player but relies a little too much on his spin move. If Corbin didn't figure that move out, it may have been a different result. Good luck to the Tigers.

Would have liked to have seen it but I vowed to never watch another game from Manchester after the fiasco over there several years ago.

And just how is that working out for you? That "vow" you've made...What has it solved? I know one thing, it cost you the chance to see a very good game at one of the best host schools in the region. You missed out! Next time try holding your breath instead of making some kind of vow.

Knox Central, can only get to Rupp, if the get a ball handler between now a Regional. They had a 17 point lead at South Laurel, and lost it simply for not being able to handle the basketball under pressure. Five different 13 Region coach's in the building smelled blood. They won but South, missed like 10 lay ups and 6 threes. at the end. Central, has a good team, but ball handlers become a premium at tournament time.

Corbin has best shot, but don't count out South, Cumberland, Knox Central or Pineville.

The Corbin radio team said the game officials did an outstanding job in this one.

Like all fans just because they won :thumb:
