I was not that impressed with Crawford, he got away with a ton tonight. Yes he scored the winning basket and yes hes a great player but not the best player in the region. I was more impressed with #10 Wilson than I was with Crawford or Johnson.

Actually, I hooped it up some after the North girls game tonight and didn't miss a shot. Does that make me the best player in the 13th Region?

Yeah, Wilson did look good. He picked Hobbs pocket a couple of times didn't he?

Last time I checked just because you score the winning basket doesnt automatically make you the best player in the game. What about the foul that was called to foul DJ Wilson out, did you honestly think that was a foul or was it a charge?

Dont take me wrong Crawford is a good player but I dont think hes the best in the region, but then again he is coming off a injury.

yeah he picked Hobbs pocket two times in a row, Hobbs was so wore out at the point he really shouldnt have been in there. But what grade is Corbins Wilson in, hes very quick.

Congrats to Corbin on the tough win on the road.

Crawford may not be the best player in the region but what he does is make everyone better around him. I will say this although Region13 strong in his belief that Hobbs is better, if I was building a HS team Crawford was be my first pick, then Wilson.....from there I would look a several others.

Wilson is a sophomore. Hobbs is a good player, but Cody Miller is the playing GREAT right now.

Is Corbin, the number 1# seed in their district ?

I agree Cody Miller is a great player also. What I meant was the way Hobbs played tonight he looked like the best player in the region. As for Crawford if I was a high school coach I would pick him on my team, because he does help the players around him. Dont take anything I said the wrong way, I was not trying to put anyone down. I just stated my opinion on Hobbs in the wrong way.

But seriously didnt you all think they were way too many fouls called tonight, I felt like the whole game was about shooting foul shots. Thats the way the 13th is though, one night they let them play and don't call anything and then the next night they call everything.

Corbin did not contain Hobbs off the dribble very well, something I'm sure they will look at trying to improve on, but Hobbs has a quick first step.

There were more fouls called in this game than any other game that I can recall this year.

They did a nice job except for the foul on the three point attempt by Hobbs late in the game. Horrible call, that almost came back to haunt the Hounds. Too bad you missed a great win by the Hounds in Manchester Mathie.

I think there may have been some mouthing going on and the officials wanted to keep things under control and it appears they did just that.

Would have liked to have seen it but I vowed to never watch another game from Manchester after the fiasco over there several years ago.
