Walton Verona got their second straight win, and seem to be able to find ways to win games. Walton and Gallatin seemed a little 'slow' tonight. Meaning, each team seemed a step slow to loose ball's and rebounds.

Walton ended up shooting 18/55 from the floor. It was a bad night, but it went both ways. Reasons, probably because it was an early game and on Saturday!

Good luck to both teams at the end of the season! Good Job Walton!:jump:

Good job Lady Bearcats!

OneCat, I saw on the Trimble/Walton thread, about the the Lady-Bearcats shooting, just seeing if the information that I was told was correct? Any official word on that stat?

Not to put down Gallatin, but I am suprised this was as close as it was.
Yes, I was surprised also. W-V has superoir talent and Gallatin was playing their fourth game in six days. But those are the only reasons i was surprised. It seems that the girls program at W-V has slightly underachieved in recent years considering thier talent level.
