I thought that I would start a thread on everyone's opinion of who you think are the top guards in Northern Ky (or the state). Opinions?

Natalie Horner from Highlands is quite the 3 pt. "bomber". Only a junior and has tremendous upside!

Going along these lines with this quote (and extending out of the immediate No KY area a bit): Gray-Shelby Co., Girdy-Carroll County, Jones-S. Oldham, Gorby-Grant Co.

 

Stats aside, their presence alone changes the dynamic of their respective teams. Impact players, some on defense, some on offense, sometimes both, but they are each the key to the effectiveness of their respective teams.

 

Great players listed here! I have seen all of them play. Tolliver & Long are my personal favorites.

Don't know that I would consider Jaz a guard but if you do I would have to agree. She has the best left hand in NKY and better realize she has two hands before heading down here to my state.

I do consider her a guard. She can go to the right or left it all depends on what type of mood she's in for that game. When she is into it, she is the top player in the ninth.
