With the season right around the corner, Who are the favorites this year?

 

Ryle with Kirsten Allen is obviously the pre season favorite in not only nky but also the state, but will she have a supporting cast to contribute on offense?

 

Holmes loses a lot of seniors as well as 4 year starter Amanda jump.

 

Highlands lost their pitcher in Henderson.

 

Dixie lost Emily Kordenbrock.

 

NCC was very young last year and both Conner and Boone are always good.

 

What does everyone else think.

1- RYLE ALLEN TOO MUCH AGAIN ??

2- BOONE -With all the distraction gone ,maybe they finally step up and play the way they should

3- Conner - maybe lower ,lost alot of offense in Durham

It is ashame 1 of these TOP 3 won't even make the region -AGAIN

4- NCC -If they have the core players returning could go higher

I'd say after the Boone schools you would have to have NCC and Highlands in there.

An assistant who is no longer assisting .I personally feel they have under-performed the last few years .Boone will be starting about 6-7 seniors this year .All of which have been starting for 2-3 years .

Who will be the sleepers in the region. Also what new teams will be ok in fastpitch this year. Not sure who is making the jump to fastpitch.

Bellevue Dayton HC Heritage Villa good luck, it will take a couple of years but they have a better chance of winning in fastpitch then slow pitch, we were 5 and 23 the first year an 26 and 11 the 2nd year.

No this isn't accurate. Kordenbrock graduated last year. She broke her foot 5 or 6 games into the season so she never got to play again. It is accutate that Dixie has no seniors on the team this year and plenty of experience returning.
