What makes it so hard to believe is that I know Coach Bradley would have done everything possible to keep this score from looking so bad.

There's not much more a coach can do. I watched the Fairview vs. Boyd Co. game saturday and it could have been the same way. When Boyd started subbing Fairviews coach put in a bunch of 5th and 6th graders. There is only so much you can do you can't tell your 2nd string players not to try, it's their time to shine.

Heard the score was 7 - 5 at one time. That means Ashland went on a 75 - 5 run!!!!!!

Goodness, that's crazy! And they only scored 12 POINTS?! Did Ashland play that good of defense, or was the team just this bad?

Unfortunate for the Lady Eagles. Bradley is a class act, so don't get me wrong when I say there's a lot of things you can work on and still keep the score down. THat being said, it probably could've been a lot worse!

I would certainly hope that "running it up" was not the intent here. I don't think that is was. A coach can put in and play absolutely everyone that he has - a coach cannot tell a kid to go out and not try.

Other than playing everyone then all that I could think of would be to back off any pressure "D" and not go with a "Press and Run" type game.

As I stated, I certainly don't think that any "running up the score" was meant purposely here, at least I would hope not.

I am sure coach Bradly did not run the score up. His subs are still pretty good and if Fairview put their 5th and 6th graders in I would say their is not a whole lot he could have done.

After seeing Fairview play, I wondered why some many small and young players on the High School team??

I honestly thought at least half of the team were Elem School kids and honestly didnt see more than 3 players that looked High School age.

I will say the play hard and try, but definetly were small and young.
