I believe the 11th regional tournment site is at EKU. Where are the district sites for the 42nd, 43rd, etc?

The 11th region tournament is at EKU again? For some reason I thought they switched it back and forth between there and Frankfort every year. Can anyone confirm either of these?:confused:

Semi's and Finals are at EKU, for the Region.

Seems like the region had some conflict about dates, schedules and money with Frankfort, so it pretty much moving to Richmond for good. Somebody help me out, but I think that's right.

District 41 is at the Frankfort Civic Center. Franklin County is the host.

 

Maybe there is a scheduling conflict at the Civic Center with the 11th regional tournament. If the issue were finances, I would think that the district tournament would be at the high school.

I think it has been at EKU for the last few years and I think it will stay at EKU. Not 100% about where it will in future years though.

11th region schools voted at the regional AD meeting and it was a tie so it will stay at EKU this year.

What ever happened to having the 11th region at Memorial Coliseum at UK. It used to be held there and was by far the best venu for the tournament. Much more centrally located as well.

I think there are parking issues at Memorial Coliseum. Now that UK has added on to the building, there's even less parking. Memorial is a great place to watch a game, though.

The 11th Region was hosted at the Frankfort Civic Center in Frankfort in 2005-06. I was at the championship game between Scott County and Madison Central.
