What is up with Paris in the All "A" Classic

Featured Replies

Paris has won two games in the All "A" Classic by scores of 26-23 vs Trimble County, and beat Middlesboro by a score of 33-28. To score only a total of 59 points in two games (but yet they won both of them) makes me just wonder what is going on?

Haven't see any posts this year from TOG. I am sure some have missed your bashing of the Conner program this year. Thought for sure you would jump on the bandwagon "Conner can't beat Highlands".......

Paris beat a very good CUmberland team today, and advances to the finals on Sunday. We love our Lady Hounds, and don't care how many points they score, they are winning, and their D is tough. Good Luck to Coach Brooks and his Lady Hounds!!

Congratulations Lady Hounds. They know how to guard. Does anyone know how much time per practice they spend on defense?

I guess you missed my point about Conner. It was never about the kids at Conner, I knew far too many from the 2007 class and quite a few from the 2008 class to not like them or to not to root them on. It is your coach that I don't have much respect for, and we shall see who comes out on top, when the games really start to matter! No huge home floor advantage for Conner this season! Oh I forget, it didn't help last year at all, now did it! :D

Let see, I have a little over 3,000 post, and you have how many?

I have been on BGP's quite bit, but not in the girls basketball forum as my daughter has graduated from NDA and has moved on to college. I haven't even attended a NDA game this season in support of some good friends of mine whose daughters got ***** by the NDA coach. I value my friendships of those kids and their families much more so than I enjoy watching the kids from NDA play, so I haven't followed the Girls games this year much.

The only reason I even ventured into the forum at this time was while at the All "A" Boy's Classic the talk got around to the Paris Lady Hounds team and what was going on, thus my question about this team.

BTW watching the game on ICN6 as I type and Paris is holding their own right now and in fact just Took the lead with seconds to go in the first half....

LCA played really well today, and if the Eagles approach anything like the effort they gave this morning, Paris will not remain within 15. Nothing against the Hounds; just my honest assessment after seeing both teams up close.

Well what's your take now? Not only was this NOT a 15 point game, but the lead never reached 15 points. Paris kept it between a 4-6 spread pretty much the entire second half. Maybe now people will start giving credit to this Ladyhounds team and realize that they can play with anybody!

Wow you have no respect for someone you nothing about, I think that speaks volumes.

Also, I still have not seen you put your names at the end of your posts.

So I was wrong. Big deal.
