Seems like Williamstown and Owen are heading in different directions. I will say Williamstown by 4.

What do you all think??

I think Williamstown is playing good ball right now but Owen has to want some revenge for their poor showing in the SO game.

Also the game is at Owen and believe me that is a difficult crowd to overcome. I give the win to Owen but it will be close.

Williamstown 41

I think Williamstown is playing better than Owen Co. right now. It should be a close game and I see the Lady Demons winning by 6.

I agree about Owen wanting to avenge their loss to SO, but how much of a crowd will actually be there on Monday night in Owen County. I know there is not much to do there, but really, it is hardly a hostile mob. More like a couple of loud parents.

I can tell you were not at the Carroll/ Owen Co. game!. Believe me the Owen Co crowd always turns out to support their girls team. They have a big, loud student section.

You are right, I haven't been to a game at Owen this year, but I have been to many of them in the past. Nice to hear the Owen faithful are packing the gym. What night of the week was the Carroll game on? Was it a special night (homecoming, etc.)??

Girls played on a Friday night, but any time I have played there we have had the same experience.

Williamstown crowd is much more respectful of the players and I always enjoy playing at Williamstown. Maybe Owen is just a bigger rival of our since we are in the same district.

I am not looking forward to district tournament at Owen!

the band excluded I assume. Playing right in the ear of the visiting team is not very respectful. I always thought they should be behind W-town bench or on the other side of the gym. Not the band members fault, more the game manager.

I think that is by design...

oh, I am sure, but I always love when the visiting team drags their chairs across the floor on every time out or between every quarter, and then drag them back again just to get away from the band.

Part of me is jealous, I wish our band was that good.

I just wish ours would show up and stay past 1/2 time!

LOL:lol: I know what you mean.

Lady Demons by 6

Lady Demons 4+

Owen will not let this one get away at home. W-town will have match ups problems. Williams will take away the inside scoring and make W-town a perimeter team.
