Next year will be a different story? I wouldn't say that, MC has 2 solid starters returning in Rash and Hendrix along with Ty Combs and Azrey Crisp who are solid contributers this year off the bench. MC has just as good a shot of sweeping Clark county in the regular season next year as they did this year!

And Clark will have 4 starters back and 5 of their top 8 in the rotation. What's your point? Also, MC has not swept Clark yet, so I wouldn't say that that either. The district championship is the only one that counts.:thumb:

One successful season and your predicting sweeps?

Well first off, I said regular season If you go back and read the post correctly, nothing about the post season this year, also I said MC has just as good a chance of sweeping them in the regular season next year, I didn't predict or guarantee any sweeps for next year:thumb:

Next year's series will be like all meetings between these teams normally are. Close. GRC has two good ones coming back in Stenzel and Hatton, after that I haven't been too impressed with any of their underclassmen. MCHS has Rash, Hendrix and company. These teams could be battling for a regional title.

Trojans, I usually agree with you, but this time I don't on the underclassmen. In the game Friday, Cory Rogers got in early foul trouble and I though that Travis Pervis came in and did a great job for a Freshman. Cory did not have his best game that night, but he is improving each game. How can you not be impressed with Ryan Williams? Not a big scorer, but runs the point well and his passes are unreal. He sets up his team mates...which is what he is supposed to do. Guess I have just seen them play more and know what they can do.

I have only seen them in the two Montgomery County games. I also thought Williams was a sr., guess I was wrong.

Only Seniors are Bennett, Miller,Dini and Lewis...everyone else is back. Of these, the only starter at this point in the season is Miller.

So is Clark Co. the future of this region?

I would assume it would be Clark, Mason, Montgomery, and Brossart just like every other year.
