January 28, 200818 yr Author Donovan is advising Grant to seriously persue the LSU job over the SC job, even though SC is going to come after him with buckets of money. Easiest path to climb back to top of SEC...more leverage recruiting...fertile recruiting area. At SC they are kind stuck in ACC territory and have to battle Clemson as well as other SEC schools for Palmetto State talent. At LSU you have a vast array of areas to recruit. Will be interesting to watch. As many as 4 SEC jobs could come open...with one for sure in Columbia. LSU, Alabama, and possibly Georgia. I think UGa should give Felton a little while longer...
