WHOA.. A little testy about the GC joke. Remember that everyone is entitled to their opinion. It just so happens that this one was called wrong.

Wildcats trailed 37-22 at the half. The defense then held Shelby to 10 points until 1:24 left in the 4th. By that time the lead was 56-47. Taylor Jones hit 8 straight FT's down the stretch and Trent Maddox hit 3 of 4.

Scoring was Maddox 21, T. Jones 18, Henson 12, Brown 9, Z Jones 4, and Davis 2.

Nice win for Gallatin without getting any production from Carlton. Is he hurt?

If I remember Gallatin Co. did beat Shelby Co. last year in the regional tourny after losing in OT in the regular season. Gallatin returned 5 players that started games at one time or the other last year. They have a very good team, not as deep as last years but more seasoned. Yes they can be beat but you can say that about any team, Shelby is one of the top 3 or 4 teams in the 8th but in spite of the rankings so is Gallatin.

No problem,:thumb: we are here to have fun, talk about basketball and poke fun of each other along the way. Everyone needs to laugh and I mean no harm by what I say. Gallatin has a terrific team and I am looking forward to Friday night against the Bearcats. Hopefully we can have a great game like we did at Walton:D
