Game was never in doubt. Rams jumped out early and never looked back. Balanced scoring ,as nearly everyone scored. Greenup likes to run and shoot 3's.

I believe this puts Raceland at 10-6 on the season now. Ironton St. Joe is up next for the Rams at their place on Friday night. After I believe that it is Elliot and the 16th region All A Tournament.

Raceland improves their district record to 4-0. The Rams complete the 63rd sweep of Russell last Tuesday,Lewis Co. last Friday, and Greenup Co. last night. Rams could have beaten Greenup by more but Coach Floyd showed alot of class and stopped the press, and substituted very liberally. Raceland has beaten all district oppents by double figures!! Nice job by the players and coaches!!!

Excluding Raceland, which has a pretty good team that plays very hard, that might be one of the weakest Districts in the state. Raceland will deserve it's trip to the regional Tournament. One of the other three will be very lucky indeed.

Sounds like the Rams have rebounded from that 3 game skid they were in with some nice wins. Although the Rams have swept district opponets they need to be reminded that "on any given night" and that you have come out to play EVERY night no matter what happened in an earlier game. Also, not suprising that Coach Floyd "called off the dogs" so to speak.

Coach Floyd certainly appears to be a class act in everything that he does.:thumb:
