December 20, 200718 yr Just throwin this out there but isn't that illegal? If not what would be? This morning a Cincy talk show host read the Louisiana law. It said that under NO circumstances can ANYONE under the age of 17 give consent, and if anyone 18 or over in the state of LA has sex with anyone under 17 they will go to jail for 1 - 5 years. He then said let's see how this one plays out.
