I'm on 9/10/11... can't figure out where I'm at.

 

I have the "thisistoohard" link open. Most passwords send me back to #8. When I type in "cockatoo", it sends me to a page where the picture won't open. There's a link at the bottom to go to the next level. I click on the link, and the password box comes up again.

 

What do I type in that second password box?

Is your screen black with a cockatoo on it and it says "thisistoohard"? try typing that in after the link.

Screen was black with cockatoo. I changed "on" to "off" where the dark screen with "thisistoohard" is listed. I change the link to game/thisistoohard and it asks for a password. I type in "cockatoo" and get to a white page with the graphic not loaded. I scroll down to read "To The next level!". I click it, it asks for a password. What is the correct password? "Cockatoo" sends me back to the "thisistoohard" pagewhile any other password sends me back to level 8.

I figured it out. I had the link game/thisistoohard rather than games/off/phosphoresence/thisistoohard

You don't have to download the song. You can find the song he's referring to on the start page of his website. The song is called King of My World by Saliva. You have save it on to your computer and then open it in a way to where you could read something...

Level 18 doesn't give you much help. The two songs I've figured out. One is by Linkin Park called "Pushing me Away" and the other is Evanescence "more like me, less like you". Also the URL has "One step closer" and the properties of the picture has "totheedge". One step closer to the edge, and I'm about to break...that's another linkin park song called "One Step Closer". I just can't put all of this information together to get the user and pass. :lol:

Okay I was mistaken. One song is "Pushing me away" by Linkin Park from the Album "Hybrid Theory". The other song is "Numb" by Linkin Park from the album "Meteora".

There is a Numb mashup in his downloads on the main page. Don't know if that has something to do with this or not. I tried Linkin and Park for the user and password. No dice.

18 is tough. I'm likely not going to be able to work on it anymore this weekend. Might be back on it on Monday.
