Well...since this is my 1000th post(:ylsuper:) I decided to make it about be to give youall a little better background on who I am.

 

 

I am 17 years old and a junior at Pikeville High School. According to most students and coaches I am the biggest fan at the school!! This explains why I always stick up for Pikeville's student section.

 

I enjoy playing golf, riding dirt bikes, boating/waverunners, watching NASCAR (fav. driver T. Labonte), and cheering on my favorite teams.

 

UK is my favorite college and I go to all of the football games, but cheer on the cats in any aspect that they are competing.

My favorite pro teams are: MLB--Reds......NBA/NFL/NHL-- Dallas (don't know how I got stuck on Dallas here:confused:)

 

I love Bluegrassperps in that I get to talk to all kinds of different people and get their view on things! Thanks Guru!!

How good are the football Panthers going to be this year?

They should be pretty good next year, they have a lot returning....Only lost 3 linemen and QB, but Huffman (replacing Sword at QB) is really good with a cannon and a couple of senior linemen (who took off last season) are coming back out for the team....not to mention the 6'8"-6'9", 405lb Senior that has been talked into playing:eek:

And he has really good feet!!! Should be a though thing to handle if they can get him into shape so that he can play both ways the whole game. He's out at spring practice, hopefully he will stick with it:thumb:

Your laughing really, really makes me wish Pikeville was in NewCath's reg. season schedule...

Instead of wishing or hoping or threatening , give us reasons why you think NewCath will be dominant this year.

Just an honest question.

And I also want your take on the Beechwood/NewCath game. (Playoffs) Please understand.....I am not being a smart aleck or anything. I simply want to know the facts. PM me if you wish.

NewCath will be dominant this year because they almost were last year, besides Beechwood had Jeff Wera. Beechwood lost everything, the rest of the East in 1A was laughable last year and will barely make any improvement this year over last year. NewCath will dominate the East.

 

Do you mean last years Beechwood vs. NewCath playoff game, or do you want a prediction on next years Beechwood vs. NewCath playoff game?

 

I am arrogant because I can, and I have no doubt in my mind that NewCath will not be stopped by anyone in the East. Might get a good game from Beechwood like always though, but they won't be half what they were last year.

And for what it's worth: Pikeville has just as much right to be as optimistic as you. We were both regional runner-up last year. We, like you, get just about everyone back. Let's just wait and see, and maybe you'll get to make that trip to Pikeville!:thumb:
