Time for the Hefty Lefty?

That can be easily justified. Out side of BBall Jordan did many many things that would make you not like him. Peyton on the other hand, I can't think of anything but I still don't like him either.

Other than cleaning UK's clock 4 times!!!:irked:

I don't think the Giants will be "going to Jared" anytime soon!!!:p:D

I agree with halfback20, I see no reason to bench Eli.

Not a fan of Lorenzen as a QB...maybe if the Giants had a better alternative, I'd consider benching Eli. As it stands, I'd stick with Eli. I suspect people might be surprised at how much J-Lo would turn the ball over...I could see him coming in for a short time like Feeley, or Griese and playing well. But, if he was in for an extended period, I wouldn't expect much success.

How should you know, rookie? :DYou've been here less than a year...

Ummmmmm right....I've spent more than $20 on this site ;):D And I have never bought anything on here sorry Ru! so you can guess were that money went....Or maybe I would rather you not guess but anyway

I was under the impression that CAPS indicated anger in computerspeak. Calm down...

Nice...

I'll agree that sometimes I defend them, maybe more than I should. However I do not do it nearly as much as I used to. Also, I have NEVER been upset on Bluegrasspreps in a debate about the Giants. I have loved the debates on here over the years, but I've never gotten angry or even thought about it more than a second after I log off. These days I can't even discuss them without someone crying about me being upset. What else can I do besides putting smilies to show that I'm not upset every time I talk about the Giants. I guess from now on I should put a disclaimer at the top of the post so you all can understand.

"ATTENTION: JUST BECAUSE I DEFEND THE GIANTS FROM TIME TO TIME, I'M NOT UPSET. I AM NOT ANGRY OR MAD AT ANY PERSON ON THIS GREAT WEBSITE. I APOLOGIZE IF YOU THINK I AM MAD AT YOU."

Sure seemed to me like you were upset after your trip to PBS. :p

There's a difference in that situation and just discussing football on Bluegrasspreps, and you should know that. :D

The Giants will be a wild-card team but the way Eli is playing (six interceptions in his past two games) and Ward being out for the season (meaning the Giants have to let Eli throw more), they won't win more than one playoff game.

I realize Ward is out for the year, but do you realize that Jacobs comes back from his hamstring injury this week? Not only that but they have Droughns back there as well. Jacobs/Droughns and a little of Ahmad Bradshaw will be able to carry the load at running back. If Jacobs goes down again, that's when I'll be worried.

Eli has thrown six INT's in the last two games, but that doesn't mean he can't turn it around. Look what he did in the 4th quarter vs. Chicago...

The Giants better be ready to contain Westbrook this week. Westbrook leads the NFL in yards from scrimmage with 1,598. He didn't play in the first meeting when the Giants won 16-3. Tight end L.J. Smith, tackle William Thomas, safety Brian Dawkins and cornerback Lito Sheppard also missed that game. All of those players are expected to be in the lineup Sunday, as will Donovan McNabb, who missed the previous two games with an ankle sprain.

Starting safeties Gibril Wilson (knee) and James Butler (hamstring), wide receiver Plaxico Burress (ankle) and Pierce (ankle) all missed practice today for the Giants.

The Giants are 5th in the NFL in stopping the run...

You also make the injury situation look worse than it is. Plaxico Burress has practiced once this year, how many games has he missed? He's not near 100%, but he'll play.

McNabb might be picking a bad game to come back. Last time he played the Giants he got sacked what...12 times?

I think Gibril Wilson will play and I don't think it matters if Butler does. His backup is just as good as he is IMO. I also believe Pierce will play.

Oh, when stating the injury situation and how the Eagles get all of these players back, you forgot to mention that the Giants get their starting running back back in the lineup. Jacobs has missed two games but will be back starting again for the G-Men.
