Shelby Co. 6A Sleeper..??

Featured Replies

Shelby Co. with its impressive win over Madison Central and an air assualt which is excellent, is a Sleeper who all need to be concerned about.....

Hats off to the Rockets for a great season and current success in the playoffs.

I suspect that Shelby Co. will give Boone more than they can handle.....

A team that throws the ball all over the field and does it well is ALWAYS dangerous in the playoffs.

If Shelby Co. takes care of the ball and the defense can keep Boone from hogging the ball, the Rockets have a good shot, IMO.

I would be cool with the Semi-Final games being St. X/Male and Trinity/Shelby Co. :thumb:

I think it is remarkable what Todd Shipley and Shelby County has done the past 2 weeks......to go 0-3 in district play and then beat the best two teams in the district on their home fields in the playoffs.....I think this throws out the discussion that only the 1 and 2 seeds should make the playoffs.

I agree...knew they were a dangerous team when we beat them. A #4 seed comes out of our district

Yes, but you have to remember he's playing now with a healthy Alex Matthews. The kid makes a ton of difference.

^Matthews was 100% against Scott County and GRC in the regular season. Next...
