JaMark passed on at way too early an age...and yes, we heard about it down here too. We felt badly for the John Hardin area. I wasn't going to say this, but I lost one of my greatest supporters personally when Administrative Assistant Coach Jimmy Bailey passed away. He was so supportive through the amputations of both of my legs, my colostomy, when I almost died from eating the tainted peanut butter back in February...well, you get the idea. Coach Bailey was also very active in the Big Brothers Program. He led by example. The whole community was bowled over with the news of his passing on 5 July. The Purples dedicated this season to Coach Bailey...trust me, they are motivated. And the Purples take no one lightly...they are keenly aware of Coach Mark Brown and what a fine coach he is. They are also aware of how much talent the Bulldogs have. They are aware that they must get past John Hardin first or the season is done. They are not overlooking the Bulldogs or minimizing their accomplishments in any manner.

 

I did say that it was going to be a tough game. I haven't changed my mind about that. I wish both teams the best of luck Friday.

We will be staying home tonight due to my pressure sores and the fact that my hands don't handle temperature extremes well. However, that works out as a bonus to our BGP Family because I will be posting the updates tonight!:thumb:
