Than what is the relevence of your question to the 2007 season?

I was simply trying to find out the last time Saint Xavier was ranked. I figured it was in 2005. Nothing more, nothing less.

Run,

For St.X in 2005, which poll and on which date do you want to know our ranking? I'll look it up for you if it's important for you to know.

I'm not going to lose sleep if you can't find the info. The highest they reached in any poll would be nice.

Unbeaten St. Xavier (Louisville) comes into the poll for the first time at No. 23. The Tigers share a connection with another St. Xavier (Cincinnati), our fifth-ranked team, as the teams handed Trinity (Louisville) its only losses.

Yes, number 23 in the nation. It's such an honor to see the ranking in a national newspaper. It speaks highly about the St. X program......There are headlines else where that say "Who is going to unseat St. X?" Everyone will be gunning for St. X. St. X literally will be marked by an "X" on its back as the favorite and nationally ranked Kentucky power. No one else from Kentucky is ranked in the USA Today poll. What better tribute to a school than to knock-off the nationally ranked power--and give the St. X varsity team its first loss on its new home field? I say this because this is the challenge that comes with the "turf"--or "carpet" depending on how you look at it. St. X is facing some new challenges, really, that Trinity has had the last few years. It's great....Can St. X run the table and handle these challenges? I hope so.
