Trimble is playing well but i'll take the Wildcats on this one.

Trimble will be heading back to Frankfort next week.

Both teams are without key players coming into this game. We all know that Trimble will be without thier standout R/B David Bird. Gallatin is going to be playing without the services of Jesse Florence, the starting QB. All in all, it will be a good game. Go Wildcats!

 

I have heard hand injury? Will he be able to play defensively on Friday? If not he will be missed in the secondary the way Trimble has been throwing the ball lately.

You call Bracken Co, Owen Co, and Casey Co solid teams. :laugh: They have a combined records of 5-25. Real solid teams.:sssh:

 

Regardless, Bird has been out and Trimble has been averaging alot of points. These three teams are not the types of teams Gallatin has played this year besides two. Now let me ask you steelcurtain. Are Bracken Co, Owen Co, Evarts, Eminence, and Bishop Brossart teams that are a real good test for Gallatin? I think not, but then again somebody had mentioned in an earlier thread that Evarts was preseason top ten in the state this year :laugh: I would love to see this poll!

I believe Trimble is actually better with out Bird. Defenses can't load up in the box. They are more balanced. I hope Gallatin wins. But I believe Trimble wins with the balanced attack.

Trimble Co. was not ready to play in the match up. Hawkes did not do what he is capable of doing, Peters did not play up to his potential, and Trimble's D was missing tackles. TC also made alot of mistakes. I am confident that Coach Poynter and the Raiders will not let these mistakes happen again. With Bird being out, TC is playing for him. He is the motivation and Big Mo is rolling! :thumb: Hawkes is using his legs AND arm to beat teams now and Sullivan and Bray are putting up big numbers. It will be too much for GC to handle come Friday night. Best of luck to both teams! :thumb:

 

The fact that those players for TC that you are mentioning did not do this, or that... and had a sub-par night... only makes you sound like you are giving excuses. Gallatin that night was the better team offensively, and defensively. This MIGHT explain why those studs of yours had a bad outing. BTW, some of the season stats I have seen in print puts Gallatin's pathetic little old team among the leaders in several categories, including passing defense.
