Brett Farve

That was an instant classic...

PERFECT timing for me last night. I trun it on ESPN just as the Broncos get the ball for that closing drive. Watch that amazing drive, the drama of the field goal, then I said, "Oh, I'll watch Favre on offense for a couple plays", and boom, he scores on a 85 yard pass on the first play, amazing at his age, or any age, amazing.

How can you not love watching this guy play?

Quite simply..............he Best, Favre is not one of the stereotype "Pretty Boy" qb's.

Favre is a football player #1 that happens to play qb ;).

Favre is one of my all time favorite players and he IS my favorite playing today. Truly "A Legend In His Own Time".

He probably will not be considered as "the best of all time" but in my book Brett Favre is the best QB to ever play the game. I am not talking just stats numbers, though he may own most of them before he s done. I am talking "HEART AND DESIRE" ....... a pure "Winner", he will do what it takes no matter what is at stake.

Brett favre is a Class person as well. A great representative for Professional Football.

I always crack up at John Gruden is his book Do You Love Football. It's a great book if you are a football fan especially all the pathes he crosses. He talks about when he was working in Green Bay and all the little jobs he always got that he hated. One night he was fuming mad that the Packers traded their draft pick for some hot shot drunk he had to pick up at the airport. That guy was Brett Farve:) I think another thing that makes Farve so great as that he has had his fair share of trials and tribulations (pain killers, death of his dad, wife having breast cancer, young brother in law dying in a 4wheeler crash etc too Super Bowl, MVP, records, unreal plays etc). He is a man's man and plays the game the way it should be played. All out, competitive as heck, clutch, physical and does it all with a smile!

Would you rather they showed the booth shot with Jaworski and Kornheiser? :D

:laugh::thumb: Exactly what I was thinking.

Favre is great! :ylsuper:

And he is HOTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

:thumb::thumb: I couldn't have said it better stick (great minds think alike :D). The very reasons that you have mentioned are the reasons that I don't mind the attention that he gets from the media, he deserves it. There certainly are and have been much worse examples (Example...can anyone say T.O.. M. Vick just to name a couple ??) .

Yes, I may have a "man crush" on Brett Favre. :D:thumb:
