Don't know too much about Larue but I'll say BE 35-20

This used to be a classic district match-up in the 90's. This was an intense rivalry by two teams that didn't care much for each other...glad to see them back in the same district. This is gonna be an old fashioned slobber-knocker. If this is at Larue I give the Hawks the edge, it it's at East the nod goes to the Chargers. Both teams are physical and like contact!

Larue is starting to click and will be a very tough matchup for the Chargers. I'm going with Larue, 35-28.

So after we came to North and beat you guys you are predicting a team you beat by 20 to beat us at home? Seriously?

Coming off a 4 game losing streak and beating a .500 3A team is playing well and starting to click? Standards must be low at Larue.

Bullitt East 21-15.

North scored a late TD to put them up 20. Larue was without their starting QB and a good receiver. Larue runs the wing-T stuff VERY well. All that said, I think it will be a very good game.

Yeah everybody plays with injuries .. we were without 4 of our 5 starting O-Line, one starting RB, our best WR had to play RB and we were without our leading tackler on D, in the North Bullitt game.

 

I think it will be a decent game with the irrational hate Larue seems to have for BE ... but in the end I think both Bullitt County 4A teams will score a victory

Standards aren't low. It's just been a rough go so far.

 

LaRue County stopped one of the most prolific pass offenses in that win. And it was a huge rivalry game, just like this one will be in the coming years when the teams get reacquainted with each other.

seems like 1998 is the reason Larue hates us so .... Larue 11-2 both loses to BE ... makes sense now why they hate us so much.

 

Doesn't really matter .. we are almost at full strength and while both teams are 3-4 BE has played far tougher competition.

 

They lost at North by 20 ... BE handled North without much problem

 

BE by two TD's.

East should win this one easily. And cross their fingers for a Marion win. A Marion win gives them the second seed and a first round home game with North Bullitt. A Marion loss means things will get interesting with tie breakers that could come down to the last week.
