Once again there was a lot of grumbling in the stands about Beechwood's play calling. Someone on the Beechwood staff was influenced by Ron "the Mad Bomber" Jaworski. Nearly every pass travels 50 yards in the air and is a staright fly pattern. How about dragging someone late over the middle? How about throwing in a screen pass or a quick slant to the tight end? I don't see how any of those things could be anything but a huge surprise to the other team..and to a lot of Beechwood fans.

Nobody here will disagree with you. HC is always very talented, but their coaching staff continues to run a JR. High offense w/ terrible play selection.

The funny part about Teipel is he is just having fun right now, he has not ran mad yet. I have seen this kid work out at better bodies and he lifts angry. If he could just take that to field he would be putting up Ferris numbers right now.

Maybe, but he would have to put them up w/alot less carries. No way he carries the ball 30-40 times in a game at BHS, not w/the rest of the weapons they have.
