October 9, 200718 yr I would like to throw my hat into the ring. I coached a team that was in last place on season and I brought them to 2nd place the next. And eventually, the team went deep into the tournament. Yea, it was a bunch of 11-12 year olds, but a lot of pros act the same age. I'd do a great job. :thumb:
October 9, 200718 yr McKanin seemed to be good but aren't there a bunch of stats about there about how much better the Reds interim managers are than when they become permanent? I don't see why Torre or LaRussa would want to come here. I guess I'm voting for HSSB too, if he wants the job :thumb:
October 9, 200718 yr I hope it's not LaRussa. I detest, loathe, abhor, (and all of the other verbs that fit this category) him. I still have lost all respect for Narron when Peta Tony called out Harang for a pitch at the noodle earlier this season saying he should have been fined and suspended because it was dirty. Narron said nothing, glad he's gone. Wish Aaron would have planted one in Eckstein's ear the first pitch of the next meeting. Why not Girardi? :thumb: I agree on all acounts about LaRussa. I honestly don't think I could watch the Reds if he were the skipper.
