Yeah, it has been 22 years since Rock had their last losing season and they are #7 in the state in wins the past 20 years, it has been a great run, thankfully there are 6 more games at least to make a run. It could be worse I guess, I mean staring at a .500 season so far isn't as bad as other teams have had it, so perception is everything in order to stay focused and postive.

According to sources VERY close to the situation:

 

"They done several x-rays on Casey and everything seems to be okay he is very sore and bruised badly in and out. I will know more Monday if he will be able to play in the next game it looks good hopefully for next week."

So was this game just the lack of execution and the demise of the ROCk this year, or does some congrats need to be given to LC?

LC is a very good Football team. This is not considered an upset. Rock is still a very good football team but not dominate like they have been. But there season is not over they still have a playoff game down the road.

Lincoln and Rockastle need to work on the offensive side of the ball. Both teams have stubborn, hard nosed defenses, and both are good teams. To be successful in the future their offenses need to greatly improve.
