Good win for Somerset.

Somerset was just way too much for the Golden Lions on offense tonight. This was really a team effort on offense. Kenny Hughes had a monster night with an 81 yard run and another 30 yard (or so) run where he just ran completely over two defenders. Chase Hall, John Cole, John Coomer, and even freshman J.P. Henderlight all had touchdowns. I may have missed someone but the ball was spread around very well. For a blowout it seemed to get kind of chippy as there were at least 6-7 personal fouls or unsportsmanlike calls and several hold/block in the back calls that really made the game drag out. Garrard scored their last touchdown on Somerset's reserves so the defense played pretty well except for a couple of long touchdowns. The kickoff coverage is still horrible for the Jumpers but overall the team seems to be getting better every week.
