Vols vs. Gators

Featured Replies

I think the Vols will actually win this ballgame. I don't think Tennessee is that great of a football team, but at the same time I think Florida is way overrated at this point. And with the game being played in Neyland Stadium, I give the edge to the Vols.

The game is at UF.

Gators by 14. The Vols may have the edge on defense, but the Gators definately have the edge in coaching.

I agree FL might be overated, but I still don't Phulmer can beat Fl.

I once heard that every mathmatical inequality ends with

VTECH Vick

VOLUNTEER Manning

The Whole LSU team

The Gators win in a blowout.

Have to disagree on this one. Urban might be a really great coach, but he dosen't have quite the experience of the Tennessee coaching staff. Even with his lackluster seasons, Fulmer is still the winningest active coach % wise. Chavis is a great defensive coach and has done more with less the past couple of seasons due to injuries and such.

So, overall I have to say that the staff of the Vols would get a slight edge over the gators. Gators may have more overall talent and speed (but not by much), which always makes the coaches look better than they really are.
