Diehl, Toomer, Jacobs, and Whimper are the only one's on the Giants roster who wear these. I don't like them that much.

It's the new Schutt Ion 4-D, really different looking

The facemask can move backward with impacts, this one is a really different look and will take a while to get used to it.

 

Riddell has 2 new Revolutions out, http://www.riddell.com/the Revo IQ and Revo IQ hits, the IQ retails for $215 and only has a 3 year warranty, same revo look outside, inside a little different on rear pad and now with quick release facemask. Trainers and docs will like the quick release facemask but 3 year warranty will scare off high schools and smaller budget colleges, regular revolution has a 5 year warranty. Barnidge is wearing this at U of L

 

The Revo IQ Hits retails for $999 and adds sensors that electronically monitor impacts, sounds like a good idea but very pricey and again the 3 year warranty and price will keep this from much use beyond pro and some elite college teams.

My face mask was identical to Brandon's and I had an AIR 2, from Bike I believe (which I think is now Schutt).

Similar to Brandon's but look at his how the facemask looks in a better pic below that part on the side sticking out above the ear is very different

They are wearing the Schutt DNA. These helmets have a special mask that doesnt fit anything but the DNA. It's an equipment managers nightmare when it comes to stocking variety of facemasks for now the variety of helemets. Its actually just a sales ploy to buy more equipment, IMO.

NO it's not the Schutt DNA it is newer. It's the Ion 4D....new helmet from Schutt.

Pete W....I thought I was really into football helmets, but it looks I met my match. I usually can pick up pretty quick new helmets or even facemasks that player wear, but I didn't with this one until you pointed it out.

I like the look of the new helmet but I bet it's a beast to recondition with all those groves and such.

I saw a video on ESPN featuring the Giants equipment manager and he said the Giants are the only teams who use these helmets. (IN the NFL)
