1:27 remaining in the 2nd SP takes Timeout.

2nd quarter

Johnson Central: 27

South Point: 0

Pointers start on their own 41 yd line. Eagles desperately need a kicker that can put the ball deep.

At Halftime

Johnson Central: 27

South Point: 0

Eagles appear to be just as dominate on defense as they were last year. The lack of a solid kicker is hurt JC in terms of giving South Point good field position, which against a good team could come back to hurt JC.

Hopefully they can find someone to help on the kickoffs.

Me as well. As I said earlier, JC sorely misses the strong leg of Barrett, but according to the Radio Announcers, JC is currently working with a newcomer whom has played soccer for 5 years.
