August 27, 200719 yr While watching Fox News this morning, they had a report that a woman is selling Vick cards on Ebay. What's so special about the auctions are that she is letting her dog chew on them and then she adds the cards to an auction. All the proceeds are going to the Humane Society. :thumb: Well isn't that special. Good for her !

August 27, 200719 yr Ok, help clear this up for me.... He's plead guilty to Federal Charges. I've heard/read that the State might also bring charges against him. Can they charge him with the same crimes or would these be new and different charges? If new and different and assuming he's convicted, could his time for the state level crimes be served concurrently or would he have to serve his Federal and then State time after completing the Federal?
