I did not say that, but I do think Caleb will face up with Matt, I noticed you did not mention any of the other match-ups, is Matt going to do it on his own and stop Fairview from scoring?

Matt will have lots of help, Ashland is at least 8 players strong and deep. And who knows Biggs may go 10 deep this year like he did at camps.:walk: Fairview will have a harder time matching up with Ashland than Ashland matching up with FHS.:thumb:

You may be right, but what I saw this summer showed me Ashland is alot closer to Raceland,East and Fairview than they are to Elliott and Rose Hill

I think its more like East,Fairview,Ashland-RH toss up ,Elliott all alone at the top and Raceland no factor.:D

You obviously have no idea who these teams have back or watched them play, Raceland beat Ashland an they beat East twice I know it was summer but they dominated both ends, there is no toss up between Ashland and Rose Hill The Hill is 10-15 pts better, and Raceland will certainly be a major factor

I hope that everyone keeps thinking like this. :sssh: :D

GO RAMBLERS!!

Raceland beat a Ashland Team without Bonner and Thmas by 2.When they meet this year both players will be there.

Then we will see who the better team is.That summer game was a joke Ashlands JV played most of the game.

And as for RH, Ashland won by 20 last year I dought if RH is 15 pts better than Ashland this year.:p

Lets all keep in mind that Boyd just MIGHT be in the mix a little bit here...We havent closed the basketball program down and we do have a new coach..

zonebuster23 I am unbiased but obviously you are not, you are a homer, I am sorry this is not the 1970's an Ashland can not walk over everyone This is suppose to be about Fairview and after knowing the the teams IMO if they play 3 times Fairview has a good chance to win 2//As far as Raceland goes I hope for all the smaller schools that Ashland keeps that attitude and the Rams will beat you, just like Rose Hill and Fairview will just not by as much as Rose Hill will

Excellent retort, You have no idea who I root for, so I am sure I have won more than I have lost. oh by the way good luck against the rams in football you did such a great job of beating up a smaller school then:thumb: :thumb:

Back on topic and take the personal jabs, to the pm's and not the open forum.

I haven't heard, who is the new coach?

Unless something has changed, I believe Rex Cooksey is still the coach, despite all of the nonsense in this thread.

This is a perfect example, of why threads need to stay on topic, as statements meant as humor can be misleading and confusing.
