Now that we are down to only 4 teams, how do you see these teams will fair?

So its Trinity vs. the X - Ballard winner for the Region 7 title. At this stage, whom ever has good pitching, hits and plays good D will win. I anticipate that it will be close....... Toss up, take your pick of the three.

I wouldn't be so quick to assume that Christian Academy will go away without a fight. After seeing them at Tiger Park 12 days ago and yesterday against Male, they're no push over. The only question mark I have for CAL is their pitching. But isn't Trinity a bit thin in that department right now as well?

 

Don't attach Trinity faithful. I really do not know. That's why it was a question not a statement.

I agree, I don't think that CAL is a pushover by any means. If anything I'm worried that the kids from Trinity will for some unknown reason take them lightly. If they do that they will lose.

Some Trinity kids have final exams at 12:15pm and they expect them to be ready for a 1:30pm game! Not a good set up. Trinity will have to bring their A game against CAL and McCune will have to pitch a flawless game. Has this ever happened? :sssh: This game will come down to a error somewhere in the field. In the last two games, T's mid-IF has commited at least two to three errors, this trend has to stop in order to win. I do know and ex-T ballplayers son bats second for CAL.....

In 7th Region final, Ballard is leading Trinity, 6-4, with Ballard batting in the top of the 4th. Ballard scored all its runs in the 1st.

Ballard leading 8-6 with Trinity batting in the bottom of the 6th.

Ballard and Trinity tied at 8 with Ballard batting in the top of the 7th.

Tied 8-8 with T batting in the bottom of the 7th.

Ballard batting in the top of the 8th, tied at 8.

Three up and three down for Ballard in 8th. T batting in bottom of 8th.

T had bases loaded with 2 outs and batter grounds to 2nd for fielder's choice. Game goes to 9th.

3 up 3 down for the Bruins in the top of the ninth.

On to the 10th. Trinity gets a man on but can't get him in.
