I just downloaded Miranda Lambert's new CD after hearing rave reviews.

 

I'm not familiar with her; what's she all about?

I'm not familiar with her; what's she all about?

 

Not your traditional modern Nashville singer (which I know is a positive in your eye) - writes a lot of her own stuff - plays guitar - dad was a picker - not a ballad type voice (McBride, Yearwood, etc) - This CD has some hard driving songs, a traditional country/western sounding song or two - good listen.
