Lexington Cathoilc baseball team is ranked 6th in the nation by this weeks Collegiate Baseball magazine. Very nice to see a Kentucky team ranked that high.

Has there been a high school team from Kentucky ever ranked higher than #3 (Harrison County '97-'98)? Because it looks like Catholic has a chance.

This is a St X supporter. Lex Catholic is the real deal and should be ranked in the top 10 in the nation. We happened to miss their top pitchers but their lineup is amazing.

The USA today has them at twenty four. Which is still really good.
