With only 4 teams in their district. I already have them penciled in. The question is....... what seed will they be? The tuff schedule can work both ways. Prepaired you for the playoffs, or beat you up so bad you can not compete at your best when it counts. Only time will tell what the answer is. I'm hoping that it's the first part.

Rockcastle did lose a TON, and I'd say Bell will get us in one of the games this year. Let's just hope we can beat them in playoffs.:lol:

When I hear some good facts and researched opinions I will complete a top ten list.

 

 

Do you really "hope" we make the playoffs? If you do, glad to have you on board. If the Rock did in fact lose "a ton" like you say, how can you be so sure "they" will even be in the playoffs, let along in the top 5. Does the Rock have a soft schedule or what? The rebuilding years can sometimes be difficult. However, it does make it easier if you have a soft schedule.

3. About the schedule thing, other than Boyle county, I don't see anyone in 4A having a MONSTER schedule. 4A is fairly weak, other than the powerhouse teams I mentioned. (I am gonna get ripped for that comment )

Rockcastle's road to the playoffs has never been all that difficult because of the teams in their district. Although Bell County remains a challenge and the remaining teams seem to be on an upswing, the district is now only five teams. Making the playoffs requires only one win against either Bell, Knox, Madison Southern, or McCreary. As long as Coach Larkey is there, I can't see Rockcastle getting to the point that they couldn't get at least one win out of that group.

Any games in the non-district schedule that will be close and competitive? I'm sure the Rock faithful have some bitter feelings towards Boyle Co. and understandably so. Maybe we will both be fortunate and get to meet again this year.
