July 1, 200719 yr From what I am hearing is that Clarke is or really close to giving a verbal to UK. Wonder what this says about Warren? Makes you wonder, but if it says Clarke and Warren comes then I'd say it says Porter and Jasper leaves. Getting pretty full on guards now and with the recent commitment of Liggins that makes you wonder about WW. Clarke has got a lot of flack on here, but I am behind him and a UK commitment 100%. He plays point in high school but that doesn't mean that he has to be a point guard. It is well known that he is one of the best shooters in the class, and someone who can fill it up from the outside it someone we desperately need. I wouldn't mind having the likes of him, then Zeller, and another big body of the slew of 4's and 5's I am salivating at the chance of getting.

Like said, many people are being very skeptical about this but the guy is a premiere shooter. I say sign him, get him on campus, suit him up, set him up, and then let him pop it. The Blue and White three signs haven't been getting a lot of use in recent years, its time to start putting them back up so much your arm starts to give out like back in the Delk days. This quote is nothing but good news. Throw him in with Liggins, and then hopefully Miller and Zeller and I will be highly satisfied with next years class.
