That's pretty impressive, anyone seen them play yet, what stood out?

They will be extremely solid this year. Berryman,Christopher,Freeman, and Sewell give them as good of pitching staff as there is in the 14th. As always Coach Wood will have them ready and they will contend for the 14th this year. I heard Sewell may have hurt his shoulder? Any truth to that?

I got to see them in the Bourbon co. tourny last year. They didnt look that impressive. The could hit but not a team of that caliber.... What have the Engineers done?:scared:

They are in he finals of Hazrd's tourney on saturday(4-0). I guess they must be pretty decent. I look for the engineers to make a serious run at the 14th despite their lack of respect from 14th region opponents.

They have plenty of respect form 14th region opponents. Estill Co. has tons of respect.

Wood and company are or will be respected very shortly.

They are solid..saw them play Owsley..good fundamentals on offense and a good defensive team..no frills..just tough!

They've got Menifee on Monday, and Lee Co. on Tuesday, both at home. April 17th at Powell Co.

Last year I felt that if Estill was going to compete in the 14th that they would have to play more 14th Region teams. They're doing that this year. If Estill keeps it up, I suspect that there will be more respect for this team. I am impressed with their 6-1 start. We'll see how good they are after the Lee and Powell games.

They took down Menifee Co. tonight 11-1 in 5 innings, tomorrow's the big one vs. Lee Co. at Estill County.
