What does Southwestern need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

The warriors lost alot last year to graduation. They graduated 22 seniors which was a big chunk of the starting offense and defense. IMO the warriors need to find a good leader at quarter back. I believe Adam White will carry the offense though as he will be the big play maker at RB and possibly wide receiver. The secondary for the warriors should be the strong point as they are returning the majority. Fred Hutchinson is a great safety and loves to hit, just needs to become a fundamental tackler. Kodi Brooks should hold down one corner position and probably will be the strongest point for the secondary. As for the Line.. Adam Diamond returns at center, he is a great player and expect great things from this young man.. Maybe D-1 talent in the next year or so. The warriors o-line will be big and strong, much like past years. D-line will be strong and quick. Look for the warriors to be down early but to make a great run late in the season.

Spring practice starts today for the Warriors... Had some kids work hard in the field house this winter... I think we had more kids in the 1500 lb. club than ever at this years lift-a-thon.. Anxious to see who steps up at practice the next few days...

Well after watching a few days of spring practice I feel more confident about the warriors campaign this season. Even without members of the baseball team they are looking good. The team is working extremely hard. I expect the defense to be the strong point for the warriors this season.

Is Jacob King currently with the Warriors in Spring Ball?

Is Jacob King currently with the Warriors in Spring Ball?

Yes.........

Ok. I wasnt sure. I played with him when he was a 7th grader and he showed some great potential. He has a great football frame. Glad to see him back in town.

will TT be the quarter back?

^ TT will be the starter but he has been injury prone in the past so they will need a couple more kids ready to go at the QB position.. Hutchenson and White have been taking most of the snaps this spring so they should be ready...

Observed the Intra-squad Spring Scrimage thursday. I was impressed with the Team as a whole. The Defense was aggressive in pursuit and down-right inspiring. Several Warriors play baseball and were unavailable. I beleive the Warriors will be in the hunt for another District title.:ylsuper:
