Air Force: In or Out?

Featured Replies

This is a tossup right now they will be the most talked about among the committee but if I had to guess I would say OUT.

I think that Air Force has a resume that is a little below where they were last year.

I think that the overall tournament field is not as strong as it was last year, which is a positive for Air Force.

I think that because the tournament field is more balanced than it was last year, it is a negative for Air Force. I think many teams from 15-30 are pretty interchangable.

My final vote is Air Force out.

Picked wrong time of year to lose 4 straight...

Logic says out. The members of the selection committee would seem to say in. I hope logic prevails...

Agreed! Everyone seems to have them in, but, imo, the way they finished the season with poor losses, I don't see them being deservant over a W.Virginia, Mo. St or Michigan type team, who all seem to be on the outside looking in...

As GT said, logic says out. But, sometimes, it seems the committee doesn't use logic.

Hopefully they are in.... They may be UK's first round opponent!

I think for whatever reason they have beend badly overrated all year and to me it has stuck out like a soar thumb.

You are right here! The judges look very closely how teams played later in the season! If you go by the rest of the year they are in though!
