How could you see it, the student section was on the other side of the court. We were behind the Scott bench and had a great view, it could have been a lot worse.

I would assume the coach up north has already coached at Harrison and the Mr. Basketball is currently a Cardinal in a neighboring county?

I know better than to bet on ballgames. Harrison improved a lot as the season progressed. They have a lot to be proud of, but you still can't be happy or even satisfied about losing in the first round of the region. The goal has got to be higher than that. Harrison has a good core of young players that should be returning next year. With a good work ethic over the off season they should be better next year and even better in 2008-09. Congrats to Coach Kendall and the Thorobreds on making great strides from the opening game 99-66 loss to Scott High to the season ending 66-59 loss to Scott High. Best of luck to the Seniors as they pursue their goals of life after high school basketball.

 

And as far as I know, there are no planned coaching changes in the works at HCHS.

Great job from Scott to comeback and hold on for the win. Boy those kids from Harrison played their hearts out. Tough that there has to be a winner and a loser. The best of luck to Scott Saturday.

This game was closer than I expected. Harrisons really played hard and gave every effort possible. Congratulations to both teams on a good game.

Anyway..........referees aside Scott did what it had to do to advance. The 10th region couldn't ask for better semi-final matchups! At least compared to the 9th I think the better basketball will be in the Fieldhouse!
